A parent or guardian participates to help guide during class. Class helps emphasis the development of motor skills and coordination we will introduce them to basic gymnastic body positions and simple stretching. This class is an opportunity to aide in boosting social skills such as listening, sharing, taking turns and developing friendships.

First class our students participate in all by themselves! Class helps promote physical fitness, in addition to introducing basic gymnastics skills on vault, bars, beam, floor, and more! Preschoolers are encouraged to discover turn taking,manners and other early childhood social skills as well as developing body awareness, coordination, and cooperative learning.

Class helps develop basic gymnastics on each event covered. Each child will progress at their own pace. Lessons are formatted for challenging the strengths and improving the weaknesses that each individual may have.

Girls Intermediate

Advanced lessons for students who have mastered basic gymnastics skills. Class provides a higher level of gymnastics, strength, flexibility, and shaping. Each child will progress at their own pace with a more challenging learning environment.

Boys Beginner

Class for basic gymnastics geared just for boys. Basic gymnastics training that provides great coordination, strength, flexibility, air awareness, discipline, safety comprehension and some general gymnastics skills. These tools develop a strong foundation for any movement based activity/sport that a child chooses to pursue.
